This hotel welcomed us with open arms. This hotel is not a 5 star restaurant, it’s very humble with no air conditioning and the room is small but the staff is very helpful and nice. They served us breakfast the morning we went to Machu Picchu complementary which was super nice. They also watched our luggage so we didn’t have to take it with us until we returned.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel has very small room and not even windows. The windows you have is in the front of the hotel where you will hear a lot of noise and you will not be able to sleep. The bathrooms are really small. Overall, be careful if you’re going with the family. I will not recommend this based on my experience. The staff is good, but the property in itself needs more work. Our bed was also broken .

Reservé con expedía que es mi fuente confiable y al llegar al establecimiento me Cobraron 5% más por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, pero al ver el cobro en mi tarjeta de crédito en realidad fue el 10% más, no estoy de acuerdo con este cobro.
