Areas for improvement: • The room was smaller than expected. • I waited approximately 30 minutes because the room was not ready at check-in. • The check-in time feels late and the check-out time early. "The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."
