There were two service ppl not so pleasant. They had attitude and was not pleasant at all. It was a black lady and a black man. You’d think they’d be more pleasant. All the lady did was complain about staff when I aske for something. just rude asf
Staff was friendly, The room was clean.

Madison heights is relatively nice place. Its safe and near major highways.
