Madrid without A/C

This was a business trip to Madrid in the summer, the hotel location was great for my trip and the room was a nice size with a decent shower. The air-con was lousy and mine wasn't the only room that had problems. If the air-con was working properly then I would have given it a higher rating.

Good for a few nights if you need to be in Aravaca

Good hotel for business traveller. Nice bars and restaurants around. But far from Madrid city center and no public transportation Room temperature was set to 15 degrees (35 outside) freezing cold and not eco responsible Breakfast used to be better with more variety of food. No eggs or omelette

sin Aire acondicionado en un dia caluroso de Abril

al llegar a la habitacion estaba a unos 30 grados (al darle el sol todo el dia y hacer un dia de calor en madrid) y no funciona el aire!! llamo a recepcion y me dicen que no hay aire acondicionado y que abra las ventas! el hotel está al lado de la A6 y el trafico es incesante dia y noche. No he dormido nada en dos noches,, un desastre!! lo peor es que parece que este problema es recurrente

Únicamente dan 1botellita de agua para toda la estancia. El gel de baño se les terminó así es que no había gel para ducharse. Las cortinas estaban descosidas y sucias, el tapiz de la pared despegando. La alfombra junto a la ventana muy sucia. De todo tomamos fotos. Muy decepcionante para la calidad de un Marriot!!!
