Cool hotel in barrio Malasaña. Friendly staff. Great location next to the Tribunal Metro station. Arrived from the airport early around 11am and was given a room ahead of the 2pm check in.

This hotel is in a great location. We liked how close it was to the metro. It was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was excellent, and the moon was beautiful. The only issue was the refrigerator smelled so bad that opening it caused entire room to smell. The staff tried to fix it, but there is some issue that defied normal attempts to clean.

This was a great find on what was a suoer busy weekend in Madrid city centre. Location was excellent really in the heart of things but also on a side street that was very quiet. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and the room itself. very spacious. Actually with a well equipped kitchenette. Kettle and coffee machine provided too. I wouid definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. It is a very clean hotel and room and the bed was really comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The metro is 4 minutes away but we walked to most attractions we wanted to see. There are lots of restaurants and two grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much.
