These are like apartments with shared services. Very new and fresh, convenient and friendly. Pool was sadly shut by my arrival on 17th September

Location is very far away from Historic Madrid and tourist attractions. The apartment is very small compared to what was expected, the bedroom is small. We found ants in the bathroom. We had difficulty sleeping because of the sheer curtains, no blackout curtains or covering. The gym was sufficient and met our needs. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Overall, we will not return to this location because it didn’t really meet our expectations or requirements except for the gym.

Everything was so new, place was beautiful, rooms as described and you had everything you could need. There was not iron in the room however I am not sure if they had one to provide, also there was a pool but unavailable until 1st June, so if you planing to go for the pool just avoid it. Location wise, it’s a bit far from city centre but close to the airport.

La habitación era muy completa, muy cómodo y muy limpio. Las zonas comunes estaban fenomenal La visita fue de 10 salvo porque nos quedamos un fin de semana y el sábado y domingo no hubo agua caliente, debió de ser por alguna rotura porque hasta el lunes no venía el técnico… algo de lo que evidentemente el hotel no tenía culpa pero es un imprescindible encima viajando con una niña pequeña que no pudimos bañarla…

La chambre etait propre, le lit confortable, tout sentait bon. Nous avons passé un sejour agreable. Il faut bien se debrouiller avec le transport en commun…ca qui fut notre cas. Madrid centro est a une heure de transport et je le savais en choisissant cet hotel. Le seul irritant est que nous avions demandé du papier de toilette et ca n’a jamais été apporté.

Es necesario usar coche propio p taxi para ir y salir del establecimiento. En general ofrece instalaciones adecuadas. Resalta la variedad de su tienda de conveniencia. Los pisos podrían estar mas limpios. El personal muy atento y servicial. Tuve que usar la plancha en el cuarto de lavado y fue muy incomodo no poder colgar las ropa planchada por falta de perchero. Solo tres restaurantes y cafeterias cerca. Las construcciones alrededor del hotel incrementaron las dificultades de acceso.
