I stayed in a double room by the street, but the Wi-Fi internet didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. I asked the staff to fix it, but I was ignored. Other than that, the facilities were clean and pleasant.

Even though the area of the hotel was right in the center of Madrid. There was however several mishaps such as being charged $100 to have access to the room, lights, and much more. Another one was that in the bathroom you could see the insulation, it wasn’t fully done. Lastly, whenever we would use the bathroom it would be very loud. Wasn’t the best hotel, but a good location. There were some Parts in the room where it was just dirty and not very clean, could’ve been better. Not coming back

Scammers!!!! Not easy to find, all the pictures are misleading, I couldn’t take showers becauseI cannot fit in the shower, cannot wash my face, this room is not for real adults!!!!! No service at the desk!!!only the location is good. The pictures of different buildings and the door picture is on third floor you can’t see it from the street. You need to look for doorbell to see the name and we arrived after 8pm it’s really dark outside and you have no idea where the place is because the pictures misleading you!!!! The bathroom is small and moody!!! Room is too small no view and too much construction !!! Towels were dirty and felt really rough!!!internet was extremely slow!!!!

I was put into a different hostel, upstairs from Fuencarral Rooms. The room was okay, but the sheets and towels had a very strong detergent smell, and left me feeling oily and gross, as if they're not properly rinsed when washed. The shower drain wasn't fitted properly and had a sharp corner sticking up which I nearly cut my foot on more than once. My view was terrible, facing an airway and other windows. Overall not a great place to stay, but the location was very convenient on a busy pedestrian street, and I felt safe, so it wasn't awful

Check out was at 12pm…I went to have breakfast out early in the morning, when I came back they had already emptied my room and my suitcase was on the hallway. I didn’t like that at all. Other than that I would stay there again.

Hotel is nice and in good location, but it has a ridiculous policy that no visitors are allowed. That policy should be clearly stated when you are booking a room. I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Spain, we would come into the room to grab something or use the restroom and they kicked my daughter out every time. Stating that no visitors are allowed, never have I ever stayed at an hotel with that policy.
