We couldn’t have found a better place to stay so centrally located and comfortable for two nights! The staff was most kind and accommodating as we had just arrived in Madrid early that morning and were exhausted. They not only stored our luggage so we could do some exploring, but they made it so very easy to check in earlier than normal. We very much appreciate the warm welcome and kindness shown by the whole staff. Thank you for everything!

Location was great for touring Madrid. We walked to many attractions and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was small but had everything we needed and a nice bathroom. AC was much appreciated since the temperature in Madrid got up to 38 degrees during our stay.

Super friendly staff, very well maintained. Since it is centrally located, be prepared for it to be noisy late at night if you get a room w balcony since it faces a semi busy street. Overall a lovely experience for my first time in this city.

A perfect stay! Location, quiet aircon, wonderful communal kitchen with fridge, kettle, complimentary teas, coffees, pastries, boiled sweets and space to sit (although can imagine this could get really busy at times). Our spotlessly clean en-suite room was very comfortable, ok yes it was on the small side but it’s right in the city centre - what else would you expect! The hosts are what makes this hostal absolutely exceptional- so welcoming, informative, professional. Many of the best hotels in the world could learn from this exemplary team! Many thanks to you all

The location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent. Our room was small but adequate. I would have liked a window with a little bit of a view but it was still fine as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Definitely good for the price and location. I did see larger rooms with windows/balconies. You can walk to most major sites and tons of restaurant options. I would recommend.

Clean room and great location, very nice staff, but room is way too small for the price, and noise can be disruptive both from the outside and just as bad from the adjacent rooms, because the walls must be made of paper. I could hear everything and every single word people talked in the adjacent rooms. Not worth the 142 euros I paid for one night

This hostel was very nice and exceptionally clean. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location was absolutely superb—everything was within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife. The only downsides for us were that the walls seemed quite thin, so we could hear conversations from other rooms, and the mattress was a bit too firm for our comfort. That said, because of the amazing location and cleanliness, I would still highly recommend this place, especially for travelers looking to experience the city and be close to all the historical local.

Squeaky clean,ship shape hostel room with private bathroom proved perfect for our quick stay in Madrid. Has everything you need in small space.
