We loved the kind staff, the luxury to drop off our luggage to store, they let us check in a little bit early when we arrived. Loved the gym, bus rides were convenient by the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very good value for the money. Only drawback is the location. It’s not in the usual tourist area, but these places can be easily reached using the nearby metro. I would not recommend for the first time visitors to Madrid, but I really liked it, and hope to stay again in future.

Very nice property, well maintained. The hotel is a little farther away from the main tourist spots but with easy access to the Metro and public transportation. Good option if you are planning to take a train at the Atocha station

Arriving in Madrid after the 3 flights it took me to get here, I was expecting to just drop my bags off and then find something to do for hours until my room was ready. What a treat that at 10:30 am they were able to get me a room right away! The staff was excellent in every exchange that I had with them. Helpful and pleasant. The room was exceptional. Very large by European Standards, fresh and clean! This will definitely be my go to hotel in Madrid when I return.

Perfection. The hotel staff were respectful, professional, and made us feel welcome. The room was luxurious and well looked after, with a well stocked mini-bar, clean sheets, and comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant on the ground level is worth a visit. The pool is perfect for cooling off on the hot summer days. Overall a fantastic spot, wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything was fine thought the panel fo the bathroom flush fell off and had to be reattached by housekeeping/maintenance. The welcome water was delicious and the staff helped refill our water bottles. Front desk staff was very helpful in addressing billing questions.
