The hotel is situated in a strategic location on Gran Vía; the service is spectacular, and it is very clean. The restaurants and terraces offer delicious, traditional menus, and there is a rooftop with spectacular views—in short, one of the best hotels in Madrid.

Beautiful room, lovely staff and also roof top bar for drinks (although the food was not as good as other places close by). Generally loved the vibe, art and whole experience. Excellent location, especially for our short stay trip

this hotel was the highly of my Madrid trip, the location is in the heart of Madrid, walking distance to most places, even though is in Grand via, once you are inside the hotel is very quiet, the rooms , and the breakfast was outstanding, my favorite, Aldo the rooftop bar and the pool was the best , we meet nice people from the staff, specially our bartender Daniel from Seville, everything was excellent

The staff went above and beyond. There were lots of great things about my stay but I have to say, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and did everything they could to help. I was solo travelling and it was my birthday during the week. They made my week perfect and I couldn’t thank them enough.
