The staff were so warm and helpful. The room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. All the small requirements for a relaxing stay had been taken care of. I was really impressed!
Strategically located in the heart of shopping areas. Cute cozy hotel with a great staff. If you have any issues with stairs beware, you will need to be able to climb steps. We had really warm weather, the AC in our room hit the spot.
It was clean nice neat room. Windows face busy shopping street, if you are light sleeper you won’t get any sleep. It was very budget friendly option, and we could drop off
The rooms are clean and the rate is perfect for what they offer. The location is incredible. We just used the room to sleep. The location allowed us to take breaks. They offer filtered water and coffee in the mornings. Super conveniente and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great location, fantastic AC, good price, but the room was so small the bed barely fit. It was also located right next to reception so I got woken up every morning to people eating the free breakfast. I could also hear the receptionist talking on the phone through the door.
You’re in the centre of Madrid here and consequently you could payback lot of money. This hotel however was excellent value for money. The room was small, very small with not much room either side of the bed, however the bed was comfy, the bathroom clean and modern and as most of the rooms don’t look out into the street pretty quiet. Great value for money and excellent for single travellers.
Great location, very clean rooms and very grateful for the building security. We also had a discount for car parking. I would definitely stay here again AND be sure to get a bigger room. That was the only downside but that was on me.
Really werent any amenities apart from morning coffee and teabags. Accommodations are pretty basic but the venue is well maintained, the staff (most of them Spanish-speaking) are very helpful and the area is pretty near the center of town, congested with shops and restaurants.
There is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with heavy bags. The staff was helpful and got us checked in quickly. The room was quite small, including the bathroom, but it made do. I think the pictures make the room look nicer than it actually is, but it’s a good option for a hotel. The location was great and made it easy to get around the city.
Very new property, opening less than a year ago, with nice finishes in great shape.
Pool and deck were much welcomed in the heat of early Spanish summer!
Bathroom (floor by back of toilet and mirrors) could have been cleaned a bit better.
We walked to most of the tourist (including Roman) sites from the hotel easily. Parking on street was easy enough and seemed safe, rather than paying to put the car underground.
Convenient local cafe just across the road.
Would travel to Mérida, and stay here, again!
The hotel is located very close to the Gran Via metro station; it is comfortable, quiet, and convenient for visiting the city center. No A/C but it was cool for us (may)

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
This is a hotel but feels more like a hostel. Also, as they “advertise” somewhere, there are NO elevators, so be fit.
The AC for our room, and another, was “being fixed” but the repair guy left and, needless to say we spent a horrible night with hot air.
Other than that, great location; mind you that taxis won’t be to drop you off right in front of the hotel, since it is a pedestrian only street.
