Very professional and friendly staff, the hotel was super clean, quiet and very convenient for our stay. There were some construction and repairs on the surrounding but we were able to enjoy the place. I will love staying in the future.

The Level Access rooms are the way to go here. Great concierge service and available food/drink options at breakfast and 5pm tapas. Walkable to several sightseeing destinations. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

First of all, I would definitely recommend “the level” rooms. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everything was only 10-15 minutes by taxi. And most of all, the service was impeccable. When we return to Madrid again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great Hotel for a reasonable price. A little dated but the price reflects that. Service from front desk , the bar to the very pleasant maids was exemplary. Stayed many times in Madrid easily my favorite hotel now here . Walking distance to everything , metros and bus right outside and the Casa De Liria (Duquesa Del Albas spectacular villa )right in front.
