Room was very clean, bathroom fully functioning and new, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious room. Kitchen part also in good condition and functional. Some parts look tired and need replacing, for which the images of the rooms are not totally faithful - however, it will not affect your stay. It was quiet at night and it is very centrally and well located in terms of walking distances to main sites and access to public transport.

Staff members were extremely helpful and supportive. The location is excellent, you can find a variety of stores and local restaurants. The room was ok but the shower was very very tiny. Great time in Madrid.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The only positives are its convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the shower was equally cramped. There was no room service available, and the room did not match the photos advertised online. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations.

Front desk staff were lovely!! Property is older but clean and tidy. Kitchen was adequately eqipped however we could not find pods in the grocery store fit the Delta coffee maker. Excellent location walkable to all the touristy spots and located in the theatre district. We enjoyed out stay.

Location is very good; amenities were appropriate for apartment type accommodation (hot plate; dishes ...). Very modest quality of furnishings overall. Hallway floor boards have gaps; very worn down. TV has 32 channels listed, 4 actually get a signal; all are totally pixelated. Repair person was called and never showed up. Great for travelers with low expectations.

Great location, very centric, all the shoppings and restaurants, tourist sites near by. The downside is that the walls are not soundproof so you can hear all the conversations in the hallway, room next door and all the staff cleaning. Noisy! The room itself was convenient because it included some appliances in the kitchen, bathroom too small for the price. But clean!

Its location is good, offering direct access to major sights and transit. Pros: • The central location is truly excellent for exploring the city. • The breakfast provided was high-quality and very satisfying with a nice view of the city. • Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and comfortably multilingual. Cons: • My specific room was very small and felt quite cramped. • Outside street noise occasionally filtered into the living space. • The bed could be better Overall, it is a convenient "home base" if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city.

The property is pretty rundown, in dire need of a refurbishment, but for being in such a central location it's alright for one night or two. You definitely need earplugs though, as that avenue is the main one in the city so it's noise 24/7 even if you're on the top floors. The reception people were lovely and the place was clean.

TOTAL SCAM! They advertise a hotel and when you get there it’s the smallest square room in a sketchy building that smells like urine in the hallways and is noisy. Elevator is extremely small, LITERALLY only one per can get in. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!
