Great rooms, not in a touristy area but only a short metro away from centre. A taxi from the airport was about €30. Would definitely stay here again if staying in Madrid!

Great place to stay!

Very good and clean place to stay couple of nights. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Connections to the center are good. Many Restaurants, food markets and supermarkets within few walking minutes.

Overall a very nice stay. The hotel is modern and spotless clean. All staff were very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. Decent breakfast though the quality of the coffee and the eggs could be improved. A bit out of the touristy area but the metro is nearby and the value for money was excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here in March 2024 and absolutely loved it! So clean and modern and convenient to shopping and the Metro. The only real complaint is something the hotel can do little about - the back alley is unbelievably noisy between 2-4 AM with trash trucks... next time we will bring ear plugs! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Good hotel at a reasonable price

We were looking for a nice hotel at the lower end of the price range and this fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious with good amenities. Please note that it is not in a tourist district but is close to a metro station

Hotel was really good. Very modern , clean and really well designed. Obviously designed buy professional interior designer. Breakfast was a bit of a problem one day as they hot section was empty, a minor issue for us.Would rebook again when in Madrid

The room for 2 was clean and cosy, recent renovated. Breakfast is worth to buy at 7Eu/day with good buffet selections. The location is very well served by public transportation, 20 minutes to downtown (bus 9, metro 4). Very nice and helpful concierge personnel.

Hotel is away from city centre so it’s less busy and crowded. Walking distance to city buses and metro. Hotel front desk staff is friendly and professional. The room is quite spacious however it can be stuffy as their air conditioning/fan is controlled centrally and was turned off during our stay in April. Anyway we just opened the patio door to air out the room.

I lived the power outage on Monday, April 28 that lasted 10 hours. The hotel had no fault in this. It was a nationwide problem. The staff was always on hand to answer questions and provide any assistance they could. I witnessed they providing sandwiches to hungry clients.
