Very clean and spacious for four people. Staff was very helpful and neighborhood is nice and quiet with wide streets for taxi pickup.

Crowne Plaza Madrid - Centre Retiro by IHG
The hotel staff was nice. The room was exceptable. However, the elevators took a long time to arrive. We were on the 9th floor. Also the rooms are not sound proof. Overall, not bad if you just go to sleep at night.
