Staff was very nice and helpful even with the language barrier. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated.

It is old Japane resort style hotel ，manager 櫻井can speak good English but other stuff . They're charge 200￥for hot spring which are reasonable.I would say is good value for stay with hot spring.

シングルベッド４人分あるところは良かったです。チェックインの鍵の受け渡しで列ぶとか、食事の決められた時間に行っても席が空いてない、食事が温かくないところがちょっとマイナスでした。

家族、10名の夏恒例の旅行です、ホテルは部屋も広く掃除も行き届いていて、スタッフさんも高齢の母を連れていたのですが、とても親切にして頂きました、夜はカラオケで楽しみました食事は少し残念でしたが、飲み放題でこの値段なら仕方ないかなと思いました、全体的には、満足しました
