" On arrival the receptionist wanted us to pop extra money because the prices on hotel.com are wrong.no hot water in the morning.
No enough toilet paper in the room.
The cleaning stuff dont take out rubbish bins."

"The dinner menu was incredible - fine dining at its best. The service was excellent and all the staff are very friendly. It was my 4th anniversary and I requested a romantic turndown with truffles which I paid R85 for. The result was a plate of truffles ontop of the mini bar. No romance what so ever. I raised this when I checked out and no comment was made. I felt like rose petals , candles could have gone a long way and would not pay the R85 again for the experience as there was none."

"My husband and I had the time of our lives 😍 the place is clean, food amazing and a bar which made our visit extra fun. Great place to gather on New Year’s Eve, great company with strangers. Hospitality of both the owners and staff ❤️will definitely make a return"

"This is a one of a kind hotel. I mean, who can say they have stayed in a castle. The rooms are really well done and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the onsite restaurant was really good. Only negative of this hotel is that they don't have either a pool or a gym. Not much to do if you want to spend some time lazing around."
