"The hot tub was caused chemical burns and hair loss to me and my wife and other guests. The pool was not heated and was to cold to enjoy. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was to use the pool and the hot tub. Disappointed to say the least. "

"The staff and breakfast were great. Our room and bathroom however was not. Upon walking into our room, there was a live silverfish on the wall. We went to get ice from the ice machine and it contained mold. When we used the shower, the design was so poorly done, even with the curtain closed, water went everywhere outside the shower pan. We had to use all of our towels plus more from housekeeping to clean it all up after every shower. "
