We had great meals in their restaurant and the pool area looked very inviting but the rainy day prevented us from using it. "It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."
