"The hotel was good but not superb according to the price range. It was quiet which suited us and overall good. The staff was nice but slightly awkward, one person at the reception didn't speak English. The sauna was nice, too while the female dressing room was closed due to works. I think within our stay of 5 nights the room was done about twice. This was a bit strange but sufficient for us. "My room was air-conditioned which I loved, being that this summer in Europe has been exceedingly hot. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped set me up with their WiFi system which is essential when traveling overseas. This was my second stay at this hotel this summer as I had two plane trips out of Berlin. "The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful!
