Comfortable hotel, very friendly staff. Car park available but not part of the hotel. Some of the furniture looks a bit tired.

Easy to find and they had parking space for our campervan which had no height restrictions. Friendly staff. Buffett breakfast had every thing you would need. My only thing and my fault for not checking but no kettle in the room.

It was a wonderful experience! Everything was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you so much for the birthday present—a delightful fruit basket from the hotel. It was a lovely surprise. The room was really nice with a huge balcony, and big bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with high-quality options, including freshly pressed orange juice! Thank you for everything; we had a fantastic time!

The bed could be more comfortable, it sits relatively low, and the mattress didn't agree with my back. Other than that, the place is clean, staff is very willing to please and friendly, a good breakfast and a well stocked bar with some good Portuguese wines. The bathroom and shower are spacious, and the room is well appointed and has a refrigerator. And very importantly, the Air Con works very well and you can control the comfort level. I would give this review a full 5 if the bed was a little more comfortable.

This hotel is underrated! It well deserves 5 stars for absolutely everything! The front desk stuff is very polite! They helped us with early check-in and any help we needed. The room was spotless with robs, slippers, water, bar, liquor, chocolate etc The room was very tastefully decorated and was functional. The location was perfect for uber and lots of tours meeting spots which were within 5-15 min walking distance. For very early tours, we're first in the breakfast area sharp at 7am when they open and the stuff was READY with hot breakfast, hot coffee,2 types of eggs, cooked veggies, bacon for those who eat it, always freshly cut different fruit, desserts, juices etc One morning we had a delicious hot Portuguese nata dessert ;) The only thing is the bathtub is a bit higher than usual, but I'm sure the stuff can accommodate guests with this issue, just let them know ahead to book the right room for you. For us it was totally fine and we're not athletes :)) I highly recommend this hotel! I like to try new places, but will definitely book this hotel next time in Lisbon without hesitation!!!

Very nice, close to the airport and to the metro

Room- big and clean. The TV is very small (22'), and the beds are hard. Minibar is locked unless you buy from the hotel. Internet connection is awful, keep disconnecting. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very freindly and helpfull. For some reason there was a crib left in my room that took some space, I didn't mind that but was not supposed to be there.
