The hotel was nice and clean staff was awesome, only one thing that was bad the room that we got on the first night the bathroom had a very bad smell but the staff moved us to a different room thanks 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a quieter vacation. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t offer a lot of entertainment or nightlife activities on-site. If you’re looking for a lively party scene or busy evening entertainment, this may not be the best fit. However, it’s within walking distance of Coco Bongo and several other nightclubs, so it’s easy to enjoy Cancun’s nightlife if you want to. The hotel is very family-oriented, and the kids’ club is fantastic—fun, engaging, and full of activities for children. The food was delicious, the facilities were beautiful, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, wonderful amenities, and a peaceful environment, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed in Cancun. We would definitely return!

Stayed beginning of June for 4 nights. Wonderful resort. I have stayed at 6 other "brand" resorts in the Cancun area in the recent years and this was my first time at Live Aqua. If you are looking for luxury with a calm, relaxing atmosphere - this is the place. The pools and cabanas are wonderful, excellent beach (minus the seaweed, not their fault). So many little surprises we stumbled onto just walking around and exploring the pool area. They had the BEST food I've ever had at a resort! The evening dining experience was top tier. (Ask for Caesar at the restaurants, he was so fabulous with recommendations off the menu and will completely take care of you!) Not a party resort at all; just for peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this resort to anyone.
