Hôtel horrible, passez votre chemin.

Hôtel horrible, emplacement détestable, résidents de l'hôtel pas discrets du tout, télévision a 4h00 du matin. Réceptionniste pas agréable du tout. Environnement pas sécuritaire. Photos présentées sur hotel.com ne correspondant pas à voa réalité des faits. Hôtel vétusté, non entretenu, passez votre chemin. Cet emplacement n'a rien à faire sur la plateforme. Les détecteurs de fumée sont démontés, les normes pas respectées. Mauvaise odeur, le linge de lit est sale, les oreillers jaunis. Mes photos attesterons de mes dires. Je ne laisse pas ce type d'avis à la légère, si vous avez un doute, consultez les précédents, ils sont simplement objectifs. Si vous trouvez cet hôtel disponible, passez votre chemin. Je n'ai jamais vu un bien dans cet état disponible à la location. Je vais porter une réclamation auprès de la plateforme. Nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité dans les lieux.

Das gesamte Hotel wirkt abschreckend. Kein Schloss an der Eingangstür Sperrmüllmöbel im Eingangsbereich, Personal komnt erst nach mehrmaligen Klingeln und spricht schlecht deutsch, Zimmertür klemmt, kaputtes Zusatzbett im Doppelzimmer was den Durchgang blockiert, schmutzige Vorhänge, schmutzige Betten, Schimmel im Bad, defekter Wasserhahn, Handtuchhalter hängt halb aus der Wand, Sieb von der Lüftungsanlage total verdreckt. Umgebung ist ein kleines Industriegebiet, ebenfalls schmutzig und unansehlich. Tankstelle und Waschanlage direkt nebenan, daher laut. Und dafür mussten wir 70 Euro zahlen. Stornieren nur bei Zahlung des vollen Preises möglich, keine Erstattung bei vorzeitiger Abreise. Unverständlich, dass solch eine Absteige bei Expedia zu finden ist.

Leider direkt das falsche Zimmer gekriegt. Mitarbeiter konnte zuerst die Reservierung nicht finden - dann aber über screenshots auf WhatsApp… Das “richtige“ Zimmer hat dann extrem nach Rauch gerochen und war auch sonst nicht sauber. Bettwäsche und handtücher waren befleckt. Zum Glück hatte ich Bekannte in dem Ort die mir mit sauberer Bettwäsche und handtüchern aushelfen konnten. Die Dusche habe ich gar nicht erst ausprobiert. Der aussenbereich hat nicht eine Lampe, so das man sich dort nicht wirklich sicher fühlt. Alles in allem - einmal und nie wieder.

Krach bis 24:00 Uhr und ab morgens um 04:30 wieder Türen knallen, Autogeräusche und laute Unzerhaltungen. Fenster konnte man nicht schliessen. Bettdecken zu dünn, Kopfkissen verformt und Matratze zu dünn und auch zu hart. Beistelltisch wackelig sowie auch die Waschbeckenamartur.

Leider keine positive Bewertung. Es riecht im ganzen Gebäude sehr komisch. Das Zimmer war dreckig/defekt (Haare auf dem Bett, Kaugummi klebt ein der Dusche, Armatur am Waschbecken war lose,...). Ein "Ausruhen" war auch nicht möglich, da nachmittags im Gebäude gearbeitet wurde und es schrie ständig das Baby von der "Empfangsdame". Eine Rechnung sollte ausgestellt werden. Ständig wurde zugesagt das ich diese erhalten würde. Erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage per SMS nach meiner Abreise habe ich diese zugeschickt bekommen.

Clean hotel. Receptionist had to contact someone else before giving me keys. First he said I couldn’t pay with cc but when I saw the terminal he changed his mind.
