"This is an excellent hotel in a quaint town. The main property overlooks the water and has an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool. We stayed at their Angelina residence, which is set back a few blocks. It’s quiet with a full kitchen and spacious rooms. The shower was amazing and much needed after long days of touring. Appreciated the friendly and patient staff. Highly recommend Maiori as an alternative to the busier towns on the Amalfi coast."

"I asked if I could leave my luggage prior to check-in and they were gracious enough to say okay and had the cleaner meet me. The cleaner (maybe as a return “favor”) then asked me if it was okay if it took until 18:00 to fully check in. I guess, but yuck. Supposed to be 1500 iirc. "The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the bathroom with a large window and a balcony. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The were allowed to check in earlier. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The breakfast was good but not great (that was OK for us). The service was great. It is ~20 min walking distance to the center of Sorrento and Marina port and 5 min to the train station (if case you plane to visit Pompei and Vesuvius)."

"A beautiful property! Everyone was kind and welcoming, very helpful. The rooms were tight but tidy; breakfast was expansive and delicious. The pool is well-maintained and well-staffed. The shuttle bus into the city is incredibly convenient and runs nearly all day/night. My only complaint: the fitness center is very small and requires a reservation limited to one hour, and it does not open until 8:30. A lovely stay all-in-all!"

"I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights during a 2 week vacation traveling throughput Italy. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, located right on the water but also in easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants, with so many areas right on the property perfect for photo opportunities. Our room was modern, stylish, large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. When we arrived, staff upgraded our room to a water view room without us asking, and the view from our balcony of the sea and Mount Vesuvius was incredible. The rooms had an updated entry system where you could push a button on the inside of your room to indicate on the outside whether you requested privacy or wanted housekeeping to tidy up the room. All the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and seemed clearly committed to ensuring our stay in Sorrento was delightful and memorable. One of our days there we spent in their beach area, with easy access to skimming in the sea and tableside food and drink service. I would without a doubt stay here again, and would love to return!"
