Stayed here back at the end of January. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommended some lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby. Check in process was quick and easy. We stayed here for three nights in November 2024. It was a short drive to Pompeii and a short drive to Vesuvius. Just a short walk to some restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were in great condition. We'd definitely stay there again.

Beautifully renovated, first class finishings. All facilities easily accessed, staff were helpful in every way. We stayed 5 in a room for 7 and were easily accommodated, even for 7. 2 bathrooms, washing machine, and kitchen facilities were top notch. Only 1 night stay so didn’t have time to explore the local area but would stay longer in future and highly recommend

The hotel is clean, nice and modern. The receptionist was very helpful to find food nearby on a Saturday evening when almost everything was closed. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The room is nice and comfortable. The area is questionable.

This is a fairly new property and everything was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They used WhatsApp to communicate with us which made it easy. Private parking with gates made us feel more safe! The only downfall is the area is a smaller neighborhood but walking distance to small restaurants and gelato places! If your outside of Napoli this is the place to stay :)

Entire building is newly remodeled and looks sharp. All new bathroom fixtures, lighting, and AC, etc. Located within a five minute walk from the Ercolano Scavi train station and has coffee bars and great restaurants in the neighborhood. Napoli is a rough crowded city but worth exploring. Walk to Herculaneum Roman ruins and be amazed at how well preserved the houses, frescoes, and mosaics look after two thousand years. Smaller but better than Pompeii. Visit Vesuvius with a local tour operator or take the train to Pompeii and Sorrento. Be sure you have a train schedule as riding the trains is confusing at first. Keep valuables safely tucked away as the train gets crowded. Just don’t be afraid to ask if you need directions. Best of all, you can tap your credit card at the turnstile and avoid buying a train ticket. Take the train into Napoli to enjoy all it has to offer. The property managers will help you get around and enjoy your stay. The rooms share kitchen facilities and each room has an electric teapot with snacks too. The price was quite reasonable for the superb quality of the accommodations. They have excellent security with a motorized access gate and room pass cards and room safe. Nice rooftop open patio. Excellent high tech TV setup, and rooms have walk out balconies. Ask about the superb restaurants nearby, especially if you like seafood. The hosts speak English very well and really want you to enjoy your visit to Napoli. Palazzo Adele Rooms are highly recommend.

This has to be the nicest hotel in Ercolano. We have been traveling and staying at hotels throughout Italy. This one was my favorite. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Ercolano or Pompeii. Its near the train station and the stop/ pick up for the express shuttle for Mount Vesuvius.
