The room was ok. A bit strange that there’s no hygienic way to clean dishes. So just rinsed them in bathroom and eventually the staff washed them. A better setup for cooking and cleaning would make a week long stay easier.

Room was unclean. The carpet was putrid. My wife refused to use the shower. The mattress was well passed its use by date. Horrible sagging into the middle made sleeping impossible. Place needs to be bulldozed. Very disappointed with the Expedia rating. Couldn't be legitimate.

Motel grom Hell

This place is very tired .The bed is the worst bed I have ever sleet in.The bathroom door didn't close therfore it let light in from outsde which contributed to lack of sleep. This was overprived for what we got . Main road very noisy.

Loved the staff friendly welcoming and helpful. Loooovvved the bed soooo comfortable. The room was warm despite the temp outside being below 8 degrees so didn't need the air con at all. I could have stayed under the shower's hot, hot, I mean HOT water but am conscious of saving water not wasting it. Being just off a main road it gave easy access to where I needed to go. This is not the flashest hotel/motel I've ever stayed in but it was well looked after and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Maitland area.

Last minute booking due to flooding in Maitland. It was clean, and comfortable, and even though it is on the Highway it was quiet. The Receptionist on Check-in was lovely and very friendly. It is a short walk to the Shopping Centre and convenient to access restaurants and shopping. There was a microwave in the room which was a nice surprise!

The Molly Morgan Motor Inn isn’t a new property by any stretch but it made for a comfortable stay. It’s well positioned to the nearby Stockland Mall at Greenhills which has an excellent food court and retail outlets. Unusually, I was there without a car during a three night stay and needed to rely on taxis to get to and from central Maitland for the Steamfest festival (although Stockland Mall is only a short walk away). For the vast majority of guests who would have cars the property is well positioned on New England Highway. It was also affordable when other properties I first approached had vastly increased their rates for the Maitland Steamfest period.
