"Our stay was brilliant. The kitchen staff were very helpful and took very good care of my son who suffers from a severe nuts allergy. The rooms were maintained and kept well. "Overall a pretty average hotel in a convenient location if you want to stay close to Old Delhi but not too close. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Restaurant food was good with options. Overpriced laundry service and any extras."

"Room was clean, shower had good pressure and it was relatively quiet considering the volume outside. Staff was helpful, easy check in and check out. Only downside, both me and my husband got horribly sick from the food after our first meal there (didn't eat anywhere else, it was our first meal after arriving in India)and have now spent the last 3 days with bad diarrhea and vomiting."

"the red fort and jama masjid are within walking distance and there are vendors everywhere. the room was quiet and the air conditioning was powerful. I slept like a rock. the food down stairs was first rate some of the best i had in the country. i wish i had stayed longer "

"Room had Broken tile, broken wash basin, broken shower handle hanging out of wall. Sheets were dirty and had holes and were too small for the bed. bought a blanket to put on top so I could sleep. Staff was friendly but unresponsive. After two requests for a towel and no action I found one in open staff closet. Not told that I had to activate geezer switch to get hot water. And then hot water lasted only 30 seconds both times I tried. Hotels.com had this rated at a 10 with five phony 10 rated reviews. I have stayed in Delhi more than 20 times at 4 star to 2 star hotels. This was the second worse I have seen. There was also a disgusting brown smear on wall by the bed."
