“New opening. Housekeeping staff front deak staff not experienced enough to handle special sitiation . Service is consider poor. Room is big . Due to single lift. Waiting time is long.”

“We had 3 beautiful bungalows with seaview, nice breakfast, friendly staff, amazing swimming pool. For a four star hotel the rooms could be in better shape, they need a renovation. Weren't very clean either. Hairdryer didn't work in room 22, shower leaking, dirty and no hot water in room 21 and the main light switch does not work. The AC doesn't turn off. Could be better. ”
