"The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails...

The private over water cabanas and luau were a wonderful addition. I loved swimming with a sea turtle on the beach in front of resort grounds. "

"The Andaz is just beautiful. We loved the location, the pool and the activities they offered. The only downside was the pool chairs were hard to get with so many people putting their stuff down and then disappearing all day. They could have enforced this better. But overall we would love to stay again!"

"Roaches, bugs, rusty appliances, appliances didn’t work. Aesthetically it was disappointing. There were no matching towels. The silverware didn’t match. The closet doors didn’t close, the mirrors were chipped.. I specifically asked the rental company if the property was updated and they said it was tiptop condition. It’s a total lie."

"Best sleep I’ve had on vacation! This was easily one of our favorite stays in Maui. The unit was incredibly spacious and spotless, but the highlight was definitely the comfort level. The description wasn't kidding about the premium bedding—the memory foam mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets were heavenly after a long day of hiking and swimming. We loved starting our mornings with espresso on our private lanai, listening to the birds in the garden. The pool area is quiet and relaxing, never...
