抽风机 有灰尘跌下来 ,. 冲凉房通水不出. 肥皂只有1块, 没有提供牙刷 和牙膏, 房间里面没有那系统只有厕所有

707 Hotel Melaka Orange

If I book a room for 3 adults, I would definitely expect an extra bed in the room without any additional charges. But when we check in to the hotel, we were told that need to pay for extra bed ?? The twin sharing and triple sharing room already got price difference, I do not see why I shd pay extra for a bed. When we check to the hotel at 1 am, the hotel staff literally told us coz we stay 2nights so it is 200RM. After paying the deposit and the relevant tax (240RM), we went to our rooms to rest, without checking the receipt. Then we checking out, we then realised that the refundable is only 100RM. And the lady who did the check in for us was not duty, she insisted that she only collected 100RM as deposit from us. Oh well, no point arguing right. It is black and white written in the receipt, but in actual fact, she did collect more. You guys be the judge... Hotel provide very basic facilities, and toiletries. Room is rather spacious and clean though..

Slightly expensive for low cost hotel

Slightly expensive as the material & finishing use for interior/ exterior of hotel very low cost yet the price considered middle range.

Not worth it and poor service

Book this room for 1 night stay at Melaka.. Everything about this hotel is not good the moment we check in.. Poor service by front desk.. And after check in my extra bed comes together with plastic wrapping.. Duhhh.. And soap missing from toiletries.. Had to request for it.. And the most annoying part is hygiene as i noticed not 1 but 2 cockroaches in my room.. Sorry to say this place is disappointment and not worth for the price that i paid..
