This property is located on Mantanani Island in Kota Kinabalu. Guests must transfer to the property by speedboat (45-55 minutes trip) followed by land transfer (surcharge) to the resort. The speedboat departs from Sutera Jetty Mantanani in Kota Belud once per day at 2:15 PM. Guests must be at the jetty by 1:45 PM for registration. Boat transfer from the property to Jetty Sutera Mantanani departs once per day at 1 PM. Return land transfers are not included in the rates unless otherwise stated in the confirmation. To arrange land transfers, reservations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances that result in cancellation of the last boat transfer into the island due to safety or commercial reasons, food and lodging costs for the overnight stay in Mantanani Island will be arranged and paid by the resort.
