Does what it says on the tin. Given the decor in the eponymous colour theres no hiding place. For the money nothing in the area comes close.

The hotel staff’s attitude was poor. They called to rush us for check-out at 11:40 AM even though the check-out time was 12 PM. The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot, and the toilet was dirty. Additionally, the air conditioning was very noisy.

1. Cleanliness needs to be improved. 2. The door lock is not secure. 3. Only one access card is provided for entering and exiting, which is very inconvenient. 4. I booked a room with a window but did not get one, as they claimed it wasn't specified. This shows poor management. 5.The drinking water dispenser is also not fuction.

There is no flexibility on the check in timing as we arrived half hour early which they insist we have to check in by 2pm. Make up room - no toliet paper refill & water bottle. We booked again due the room cleanliness was very good plus bed, pillow & blanket was good too. We came to know they are short of man power but basic will still have to give or prepare.

Bad service

During the check in, I was told there was double booking this I wasn’t able to get the room with bathtub. After 15mins delay, I was assigned to a room with cigarette smell on level 2. So i had to run back to the reception with all my luggages, to be assigned a room on level 3. No help was offered to help us with the luggages. We were also given 4 days’ wifi instead of 5. The bedsheets were also stained. Just when we thought our nightmare is over, our toilet door fell apart after shower at 10PM. A called to the reception, we were told to wait for the house keeper to come in 30 mins. After 30 mins, nothing happened thus we called again stating we can’t wait any longer as it’s getting late. We were then told to wait till tomorrow as the housekeeper is off work now. No daily Housekeeping as well.

Nice hotel for families

Stayed at White Loft for a night in their Family Room; room was not bad, bed was comfortable. Downside would be the toilet has no ventilation, hence it was a little stuffy and smell a little. Overall, it's not bad for a one night stay. Surrounded by many food store which is a major plus point.

New and Clean Hotel

The hotel provides branded water dispenser and bottled water which is good. The room offers very basic amenities. No elevator/lift, no facial tissue, hair dryer, hand soap and it is just for a sleep. Prices are reasonable but there is a distance from city. I experienced an unpleasant stay, luckily it was the next day before I checked out as the hotel had some renovation done downstairs in the morning about 9am which caused my family woke up because of the noise. Hope management can take note on this.

Clean and cosy little hotel

The hotel is clean. It practises a minimalist concept, whereby the furniture have been recycled from wooden pallets. Bravo to that! Would have been better if more shampoo/bath foam were provided. There were just minimal amount provided in the bathroom.Not really sufficient for 3 persons. Luckily I brought extra from home.

Awesome place you won't regret staying

Family room of 4 with bathtub: Very nice And clean room. Hipster type of budget hotel and very decent rooms toilet. Water dispenser and towels are available. Bicycle cafe downstairs is very cool as well, Sushi mentai is 3minute walking distance , cheap and good jap eating place for dinner. Breakfast head to Full house dim sum for some nice dim sum.

A place for sleeping only.

A bare minimum sleeping place. Deco simple without the fringes. Good for resting and nothing else. Be warned that the hotel have 2nd and 3rd floors, only have stairs.
