Room was very old dusty in parts, had to clean aircons as did not do well, fridge was not working properly so waited 2 days for new one. Cold water tap in bathroom not working only dripple water out and make a screeching sound. Sliding doors on room and bathtoom kept coming off and tiles cracked. Stove plates all rusted and server stains on...

“We arrived after picking my husband up from hospital He had a knee replacement We waited at reception while one male staff decided he would tell all the delights of Darwin. Other staff member was surley and took a long time to provide us with our room Room was clean but we found out at 2200 no towels or very little teabags Bath is unsafe for anyone to climb in. Breakfast was good yes everyone arrived at once and dining room was busy Food was good and staff were helpful.”
