"Very disappointed air conditioning not available for season. Had to sleep with window open. Had beach view room and street noise all night not conducive to sleep. Since windows open allowed insects to enter and bite occupant. The soap dispenser in shower was completely empty and required two requests to be replaced. Great location. Good breakfast."

"We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped, featuring a comfortable bed, large windows, a coffee machine, safe, wardrobe and useful extras like wireless charging and a fold out desk. The bathroom was modern with a rainfall shower, good amenities and a separate toilet. We also appreciated the refillable water stations in the corridors. The hotel is very quiet despite being close to the airport and transport links. It is well located for trams, buses and trains to destinations such as Monaco, Cannes and Antibes. The lounge area was a highlight, offering complimentary snacks like biscuits, water and juices, and there is also a nice rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also accessible and has useful features such as lifts and a luggage ramp. However, there were a couple of issues. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room quite warm at night. We also found the floor to be dusty and in need of better cleaning. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with good amenities, though some maintenance improvements would enhance the experience."

"Our room overlooked the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Both the breakfast and formal restaurants were excellent. All staff were friendly and eager to assist. We will definitely stay at the West end again. "

"Very good and clean hotel. Friendly staff and nice restaurant we used for breakfast and dinner. However we paid extra for a sea view and it is absolute not worth it! We overlooked a very passing street and the airport. Sea was very far away. We regretted to have paid extra for that. "

"The rooms are updated, clean and nice. Unfortunately, our experience outside of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Our first evening, we had a long travel day and decided to unwind at the rooftop bar. We sat down, and were ignored by the wait staff for 15 minutes before I went to the bar for a drink menu. 25 minutes went by, and no one came to take our order. My fiancé went to the bar and was ignored by the staff. We left. The next day, we decided to try again. We met a couple at the bar who were complaining to the staff about how they had ordered/paid for their beverages and waited 40+ minutes without ever receiving the drinks they ordered. Another table CLAPPED when their drink order was finally acknowledged. Overall, the takeaway was extremely poor service at the hotel bar. We also had issues that within the room, there is no mini fridge or even ice bucket. I take medication that requires being kept cooler than room temp, and so this was especially challenging to navigate. Some other small details include no face cloths in the room, not a deal breaker but a little inconvenient. We did express our concerns at check out, but were advised they were short staffed and that since our room was paid for in full, there was nothing that could be done. We are generally very easygoing people, but based off of our experience and the lack of care to hotel guests, we will be spending our money elsewhere in the future."

"The room was very clean and spacious. We tried booking the spa the first thing in the morning because you cannot book it from the reception, we had to go downstairs to the spa in the morning just to find out the only spot they had was when we had other plans at 16:30 which ruined the whole day for us because it was my partner’s birthday and I wanted to surprise him. When we got there in the afternoon we were not even told that one sauna wasn’t working, and the other one was booked for a private session for somebody else, we could only use the hammam. The water inside the pool was too cold to swim in so we had to spend an hour just staying in the jacuzzi crowded with other people. I don’t think we got what we paid for."

"Great location. Great hotel and one of the nicest rooms of our 28 night trip through France. Exactly what we expected from a Marriott hotel. But... as nice as the hotel and the room were, the bed was the hardest bed I have had in over 150+ hotel nights in the last few years... like sleeping on a carpeted floor. As an older traveler and side sleeper, I rate the bed as a 1 out of 5. Very odd for a Marriott."
