Probably one of the best options to visit Malcesine and the lake. All rooms we had offered a beautiful lake view. The breakfast is generous and also the restaurant is quite good.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, perfect location

We had a 2 night stay and just loved this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was modern and clean, TV in mult. languages, and a mini bar. The breakfast was amazing as well - tons of options for fresh fruit, meat & cheeses, pastries, and freshly made omelettes. Would highly recommend.

Es war ein toller luxuriöser Aufenthalt im schicken neuen Gebäude in der Apex Suite. Vom super Duft im Treppenhaus über die schicke Einrichtung, flauschige Bademäntel und den mega Blick auf den See, alles richtig schön. Im UG konnte man sich jederzeit ein Getränk im Automaten ziehen (Kaffee, Cappucino, Wasser etc.) Was wir auch mehrmals genutzt haben, mit einem Kaffee auf der Terrasse die Surfer beobachten... Das Frühstück war sensationell, sehr gemütlicher Frühstücksraum, frisch gepresste Säfte, alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Einziger Vermutstropfen, die Sonne kam nie auf der Terasse bzw. Liegewiese an, da die Burg stets Schatten wirft. Im Sommer hat man das Problem vielleicht nicht, da die Sonne höher steht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man betritt quasi direkt die Altstadt von Malcesine. Das Hotel kann man sehr empfehlen, ein kleiner Pool wäre noch die Perfektion.

Geniale Lage, sehr freundlich und tolles Frühstück

Ruhig, sehr schöner Blick, quasi direkt am See (nur die Promenade ist zwischen Hotel und See) mit Badesteg. Ok, unser Zimmer war nicht gerade groß (16 qm), aber das stand in der Buchung und viel wichtiger: Ausgezeichnete, feste Matratze! Frühstücksbüffet war größer und abwechslungsreicher als erwartet, einzig das Kaffeeautomaten verwendet werden ist ein (kleiner) Wermutstropfen. Konnten unseren Plug-In Hybrid kostenlos laden - top. Würden wir im Nachhinein noch einmal das Hotel buchen? Ja!

Good hotel on Semi private beach

Good hotel, in a private beach. The service is great, the restaurant offers good snacks and drinks. The only problem was that our room was extreme noisy which disrupted our sleep, you could hear everything in the adjoining rooms the hallway etc, and room service came really early to make up the room. Other than that is a great hotel for a holiday in Garda.

We stayed in the junior suite with a lake front view and our experience was phenomenal. The service was perfect and the hotel was conveniently located in the old center. The hotel has free paddle boards for their guests to use as well as two private sunbathing areas.

Top, aber

Lage, Küche und Führung des Hotels sind zweifellos top. Wir hatten allerdings für 3 Nächte einen HOTELS.com Spezialpreis in Anspruch genommen, daher offensichtlich das schlechteste Zimmer im Hotel erhalten, obwohl wir bereits früher Gäste waren und dies beim Check-In erwähnten. (Zimmer im Erdgeschoss-Eck zwischen Hauptbau und Anbau, angrenzend an Flur und Waschküche, Zugang durch Kellerflur). Für ein weitere aufgetretene Probleme entschuldigte man sich zwar, bot aber keinerlei Kompensation an (z.B. Für die nächste Buchung ein upgrade oder die Zusage eine besseren Zimmers). Dies wäre jedoch in Anbetracht der Sachlage eindeutig angezeigt gewesen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder hinfahren, aber vorher auf die Zusage eines bestimmten Zimmers bestehen. Die 3 Nächte haben wir ausgehalten, für einen längeren Urlaub wäre die Gesamtlage mit diesem Zimmer allerdings sehr unschön gewesen.
