“The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! “I made the booking on behalf of a disabled mother and her 2 twin daughters in my role as her trustee using funds from her disabled person trust fund. I complaint immediately at arrival, the situation got worse when the host accused the guest of trashing the caravan without any evidence and refused to refund the deposit. “A great apartment for what we needed, the added welcome tray was lovely. We appreciated the security measures at the apartments and felt safe. The apartment itself was comfortable, it needed a final looking over as there were a couple of cobwebs higher up but nothing that affected us, the bathroom and kitchen were immaculate as were the beds.
