The scent piped throughout the hotel is wayyyyy too much. Too heavy. It doesn’t smell fresh, it stinks. The scent in the hallways and by the main elevators is nauseating. Ironic after I had signed a sheet promising I wouldn’t smoke. (I don’t smoke.) Is such a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. ...

The receptionist Vicky really made our experience a welcoming one. He upgraded our room when he couldn't find one in the non-smoking room. Additionally, he spoke with me and my fiance in English which helped us ease into the culture and community.
