“말뫼에 일찍 도착하는 바람에 체크인 전 짐 맡길 곳이 필요했는데 리셉션 직원분이 흔쾌히 도와주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 위치는 말뫼 중앙역에서 바로 길건너라 코펜하겐에서 넘어올 때, 스톡홀름 갈 때 기차 이용하기 너무 편했습니다. 방이 깨끗하면서 필요한게 모두 갖춰져 있어 2일 동안 묵는 내내 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 평일엔 조식이 오전 6시반부터 9시반까지라 아주 여유롭게 먹을 수 있었고, 메뉴도 생각했던 것보다 다양했고 과일도 매일 나오고 맛있었습니다. 덕분에 매일 든든하게 아침을 시작할 수 있었습니다.
다음에 말뫼에 다시 오게 되면 이 호텔에 묵고 싶어요!

“Das Hotel liegt günstig zum Bahnhof, zur Altstadt, zum Strand! Alles ist in Fahrradnähe. Kleiner Abzug: Es gibt leider keine Fahrradgarage. Ansonsten hat uns alles begeistert. Es gibt sogar Hundehandtücher, Leckerli und Wassernapf am Eingang, und der Dachgarten in der 6. Etage ist Klasse. “Staff really welcoming. Clean and lots of shelves and hooks to put your stuff out in the bedroom. Bed comfy. Breakfast superb. It’s situated near the centre so it’s easy to walk to everything and it felt safe. Really good hotel wouldn’t hesitate to go back ”
“This was a very cool property with nice people. The rooms were comfortable, but dated. I didn't mind, but it was a different feel than other facilities. The restaurant and bar area are very nice and stunningly decorated. The location is literally in the center of everything...could not be better.”
“The hotel was in a quiet and new area. Our room was good and we liked the added bonus of the kitchen.
The breakfast options were very good and being able to take it back to our room was great too.
We hired Malmo by Bike bikes which were great and easy to use, and we managed to see a lot of places. We also walked a lot and used the local bus once (to go back to the central train station with our luggage).

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend."
