“Good facilities and location, however poorly ran. Before we arrived we could not access check in information as their system claimed we still had to complete payment, ignored 2/3 emails asking for this to be resolved. Took multiple phone calls to finally fix this. Broken AC, reported on 1st day was reassured it would be fixed and it was marked as urgent, was never fixed.”

“We loved our stay at this Maltese Townhouse. The views from the balcony are fantastic, and it is in a great location. We appreciated the unique layout with the stone spiral stairs. (We are able bodied, so this may be a challenge for folks who may have something that prevents them from going up stairs.) The communication was efficient and responsive. This place also offers an airport transfer that we found easy and helpful. We'll stay here agian! ”

“The place was indeed very nice and looked like advertised. The communication with the host was not perfect, they had sent us the information ahead of time but when we communicated with them to ask again for the combination of the lockbox with the key, they were not very friendly, but in the end gave us the needed information. There was no welcoming bottle of water or anything else in the fridge, no washing powder, or anything that would have felt that on is welcomed, so I cannot really blame...
