"Good- convenient location to airport & marina, room was nice, beds comfortable except we only had two pillows, porters were helpful with bags and booking taxis. Bad- long wait to check-in. We called twice to have more pillows brought to the room but they were never delivered. Lots of hidden charges with the room. At check-in we were given pool towel cards even though the pool was closed during our stay. We handed them back straight away for this reason. We would have been charged $60 for unreturned pool cards. There were signs all through the room saying you would be charged if The restaurants & shopping onsite were average. "

"The staff there were very kind people. I couldn’t recommend highly enough of the amazing staff! The food is also delicious! We were so glad we got all inclusive- the chefs made incredible food. The rooms definitely need upgrading, the blinds are all broken in the rooms and the pool has missing tiles. Other than hat we loved our stay "

"This is a great location to experience Fiji for the first time. There are two beaches included in the resort that are walking distance to each other. The food was great with lots of choice and good quality. The cocktails at the pool bar and drinks were delicious made by Oscar and Seru. A fantastic benefit was free and unlimited use of the kayaks, snorkels and fins. The evening entertainment, in particular the singer and the choir were absolutely fantastic! The sunset bus trip to the western part of the island was a gorgeous way to start the evening/finish a day relaxing. A wonderful addition to the resort. "

"Our family has just returned from the most incredible 8-night stay at Beachcomber Island. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The island is stunning, but it’s the people who make it unforgettable. A very special thank you to Leyah, who went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Special mentions to Charlie, Kane, Lasco, Titi and Ruby for your impeccable service and infectious energy. We arrived as guests and truly left as family. The team created the most beautiful birthday celebration for me, singing traditional songs and Happy Birthday, surrounded by new friends and fellow guests. It was such a heartfelt moment I’ll never forget. Our dinner table for four quickly grew into an “Island Family” table of seventeen, with Leyah and other guests joining us. We highly recommend inviting others to sit with you — we left with treasured friendships. Our Beachfront Bure was spacious and spotless, and stepping onto the deck each morning was breathtaking. Beachcomber isn’t about five-star luxury — it’s about authenticity, connection and a relaxed island charm that’s wonderfully special. We made lifelong memories and cannot wait to return.
