"I think the hotel itself was old. But it was clean. Staff assigned us a room that was already occupied. Location is great. The only bad thing was the heater did not work and with the bed it only had a comforter no sheets other than a fitted sheet."

"I’m traveling on recreation. And I’m traveling alone. This is a wonderful place for a single traveler, but I think couples seem to enjoy it too. This location is fantastic. It’s right in the heart of Times Square. Numerous restaurants within just a few walking steps. There’s even a really full Service grocery store right around the corner. You can walk to the Port Authority terminal one and a half block away. My room was quiet, there’s a nice lobby and a reasonable coffee shop on the lobby level. There’s also a very lovely quiet space just off of the coffee shop."
