"The location is very ideal! Walkable to many malls, jetty, street markets... The internal of the room is quite neat and relatively clean. But the soundproofing of the room is terrible! There are a lot of noises at night such as motorcycles ramping, next doors opening and closing of doors frequently, people talking at the corridor.... Especially between 2-4am. Cannot sleep properly. "We enjoyed how close the property is to Imago Mall. We LOVE the pool on the top floor. There are many restaurants on the 1st floor, along with 24-hr convenience stores. We think the provider can improve in the area of cleanliness as our bath towels had stains on them and we had ant issues. "

"It was great hotel. Staffs were friendly and room was nice and spacious. One thing though, even after I showed them and email about the 10 MYR per night tourism tax will be paid by Expedia at Check in, they still asked me again to pay at check out. It didn't happend at my other hotel, Le Meridien at all. Other than that, it was great stay. "

"My son and I spent 3 days and 2 nights there, and we tried each of the restaurants. The food was great, and the swimming pools were very nice. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy — a game room, a VR room, and even a small cinema. We also booked some water activities with Star Marine. We definitely plan to come back again."
