Great 4* hotel. Food and drink aplenty. Beach is stunning! Swim up room fantastic but we think they should give you some drinks in your room and maybe a visit to one of the additional cost restaurant's included in your stay with this room type. Kids loved it, pools are fantastic - so much to do! We like Insotel in Menorca and now Majorca!

Great for bringing kids.Food and staff were pretty good. Near the beach. However, the resort needs some love but does the trick. We had a good stay but there were plenty of small repairs/updating that would be required and the beds were not comfortable.

The hotel was average, needs lots of maintenance, very old TV with limited channels. We wanted to use the spa but we never see any staff there to book it . Food was good, Hotel is spit 3 parts a busy street splits the complex in the middle. We checked in and were told we have given an upgrade for the roof but we ended up in subterranean room without any natural light and the the view from the window was of the restaurant roof, what an amazing upgrade. We had to ask the be downgraded so we can get some natural lighting and didn't feel like we were in dungeon.

By American standards, this is a 3.5 star resort. Set your expectations accordingly, and you will enjoy your stay. Staff is great, and there is a lot on property and nearby calas for kids. Also, it's about 7 miles or 15 minutes from Nadal Academy where my son trained. Have fun!

They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. Also, the spa and spa team were five stars. Our family had a great holiday, largely thanks to the hard working and friendly hotel staff.

Good food & lovely 18+ pool, but not true a 4 star

Beautiful pools, especially the 18+ pool, private pool (we had a swim up suite) and bar are very nice. Food is overall good, but the 50's Diner isn't worth the money. Never had worse burgers, fries and milkshake. Odd you have to pay 12 euros for this restaurant while the other restaurants are included. Also strange to ask for 20 euros for a towel. And even more odd you may only change it once a week, why?!? And when you do things beside the all inclusive, you can't write that on your room number. So you have to pay in cash or with you credit card, every time you order something extra. There's a fridge in your room, but it's empty. Why don't you stack it with water. My husband and I had a nice holiday, but if they make the effort it would really be a 4 star hotel.

Un resort parfait pour divertir les enfants

Immense resort avec plusieurs piscines dont un parc aquatique pour les enfants. Plein d'activités pour eux, des terrains de tennis, de foot, de basket, location de vélos, poneys et chevaux, spectacles, mini disco ... Bref vraiment de quoi divertir les enfants de tous âges. Super aussi qu'il y ait un aire aquatique intérieure pour les tout petits et un espace de jeu interieur. La plage est pas très loin et elle est très jolie. Les chambres sont ok, pas très grandes et un peu organisées bizarrement mais elles sont propres. 3 petits points négatifs qui n'ont en rien gâché notre séjour mais qui peuvent être facilement optimisés : les lits bébés ne sont pas confortables et sales (pas de housse de protection), le son est trop fort pour les spectacles (au delà de la limite autorisée) et la nourriture est plutôt moyenne (mais vu le tarif, c'était attendu). Aussi, une piscine chauffée aurait été bienvenue étant donné le froid sur cette dernière semaine d'avril.

Très bon hotel avec de belles prestations en particulier pour les familles. La propreté des lieux et des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel sont un vrai plus. La plage en dessous est très belle et l'accès ukrra rapide. Le buffet varie à chaque repas c'est top. Seul petit hic, les chambres pourraient être mieux insonorisées.

hôtel familial avec un bel espace aquatique. Personnel accueillant et disponible pour les clients. Le seul bémol à notre séjour reste la restauration qui est identique quel que soit le restaurant. L'hôtel propose de réserver certains restaurants dont un payant car il y a un spectacle !! Le problème est qu'au moment de la réservation, on vous demande de choisir un horaire (en fonction de la disponibilité !!) sans vous préciser qu'au dernier service à 20H, il n'y a plus de spectacle (je comprends donc pourquoi il ne reste que de la place pour ce service) vous payer donc un spectacle que vous ne voyez pas !! N'allez surtout pas voir la personne chargée des relations publiques pour essayer de régler le problème car celui ci s'en moque totalement et ne vous proposera aucune solution !!!!! Merci Monsieur pour votre gentillesse et votre inefficacité

Superbe hôtel avec une partie Adult Only très appréciable Chambre avec terrasse privative et sa piscine. Buffet au top (petit-déjeuner et déjeuner). Le point particulier est la possibilité de réserver des restaurants où nous sommes servis par des personnes à table. Le South est génial et c'est très raffiné !!! Point d'amélioration, les cocktails côté bar famille qui sont vraiment pas top. Ceux fait par le bar du South sont très bon ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
