Nicte is always our favorite getaway within the city! Whenever we need to rest and be pampered, we go to Nicte! Rooms are always spacious and sparkling clean! Bedding and linens soft and comfortable, and the staff beyond welcoming and friendly!

Everything about the experience was wonderful! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the mattresses and sheets were very comfortable. I also greatly enjoyed the delicious daily breakfast. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful with every request we had. The pool area is beautiful, and the lunch menu is both tasty and very well-priced. I was also impressed with the laundry service; having our clothes washed, dried, and folded within a few hours for such an affordable rate was amazing! I truly have nothing but positive things to say about my stay and would give the hotel the highest rating possible. Thank you for the excellent service!!

This is the fourth time we stay at Nicte. It is always a great and charming experience. It feels like a big retreat in the middle of the city. You feel like you are somewhere outside, but with the proximity of everything around you. Rooms are confortable and clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious. Looking forward for our next visit (hopefully more than one night to have more time to fully enjoy the pool area and open spaces).
