Safe and super spacious & comfortable

Awesome stay love the apartment style space provided at this place! The appliances are fantastic, the kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and enjoying. The shower water pressure was excellent. I didn’t get in the pool however I will say it was lovely to sit around at night & chat. A guard is at the entry of this place 24/7 & they are extremely helpful coordinating or helping with anything you ask of them. The area was very safe and several restaurants/ bars/shops I was happy walking to as well. The manager Edgar was fantastic! His English the best I had heard my entire 2 wks in Nicaragua. He helped me print documents with ease and had recommendations of the area as well. This place felt so very homey and western amenities were appreciated! I will be back soon and likely quarterly choosing to stay here over any other option I have stayed before. Thanks for everything! See y’all soon!

Poss: New apartments and clean Large, two tvc with cable, Cons: two floors - so be prepared to move many steps with your luggage No racks for put luggage No one to help but the guard at nigth No restaurants around Dark street No easy to find a taxi
