This is from Ledar, Nepal. A tiny village on the Annapurna Circuit a couple of days before the Thorang La Pass. This light lasted about a minute. One of the best moments of the entire trip. Feel grateful to have witnessed and captured it.

"We stayed at the hotel twice either side of a short trek to Kagbeni and Muktinath. Internet, hot water, heating/air-conditioning provision were all very good, as were the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the bed very comfortable. The food was very good and a good cup off coffee available at the coffee shop which is part of the hotel. The hotel, the main part of which is a traditional Nepalese building, is centrally located in the town. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would certainly stay there again if we visit Jomsom in the future. "
