Nice hotel location

This is part of the reservation we had with this hotel. I have shared our experience in the other post. Overall, we like the location, walkable to the city center. You may want to drop a note to hotel before you arrive just to make sure that they still have room especially if you will be late at night.

Staff were excellent. Treated us with warmth and professional demeanor. Location was excellent, just blocks away from Teatro Amazonas, which has an excellent tour. Restaurant quite nice delicious self serve breakfast and ample dinner menu.

Staff was great and super helpful! Our flights were delayed and they ready and waiting when we arrived at 2:30 am for 5 rooms. Had heads on pillows by 3am ! Breakfast in the morning was a really good spread of foods too! And it went till 10 am which was super. Property is older and a little tired but it was clean, safe and very reasonable.

Far from a 3.5 star. Maybe 2.5 at most. The walls need repainting, walls are cracking, and black out curtains have lights bleeding through from the years of use. Was clean and staff was friendly.

Very convenient location. Check in was extra painful. Had already registered, but still took over 30 min. They don't number their rooms like typical hotels. So, when they wrote the wrong floor number on the key sleeve, we had to hunt for the correct floor. No hot water when we went to take a shower. Room was clean but Spartan. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Very convenient location in Central neighborhood. Okay for a night. Would not have have wanted to be there for several.

Good location and good rooms. Staff were nice. The bad - terrible breakfast. The worst was the constant breakdown of the lifts. We got stuck in the lift twice - a unpleasant experience with a full lift and the heat. It is obvious that this is an ongoing issue that they are not fixing. If you have issues getring stuck in a lift then don't sstay here.

The wifi worked well, the air conditioner worked well, the room was well equipped and clean. The elevators are very old and this is also evident in the room because there is noise from the elevators. Beyond that, there is no insulation from the street noise, so the room is not quiet.

The apartment is very nice. Very spacious. It has small kitchenette and microwave and also a living area. The sink at the bathroom wasnot practical , need to press very hard multiple times to get water came out.

Small and friendly place. We arrived 5am and they allowed us to use their facilities and then store our bags until we could check in later in the morning. Area around the hotel is very easy to walk around and navigate.
