Staff was nice but most didn’t speak any English at all. I struggled with food because I’m gluten and lactose intolerant (especially breakfast). I was solo traveller and there were no cameras in or outside the lifts or on the corridors so didn’t feel safe. The bathroom sink,shower and toilet was clean but the areas around the sink and the bathroom and toilet floor had a lot of yellow stains . Some of the chars on the stairs were old and needs to be recycled. The carpets outside rooms and lifts were old and dirty and needs to be removed. Definitely not a five star!! Perhaps 3.5 stars because of areas mentioned above.Most can easily be improved. Over priced for what was on offer.

Breakfast was the best, cakes were amazing, ice cream was lush. Service was amazing from the staff. 5 stars from me. Only tiny tiny complaint is that the swimming pool is far too deep for non-swimmers. The lower section of the pool is less deep however that section is really small and get overfilled really quickly.

Very friendly and welcoming staff from reception throughout hotel. Al fresco a la carte restaurant service excellent. Food was great. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables throughout day, variety of dishes and theme nights. Beach bar and restaurant very good, no need to even go to main restaurant for lunch. Loungers available. Late checkout available.

Nice hotell near the beach, big rooms.
Good food every meal, even on the beach. The rooms are big and have what's needed for holiday. The staff are nice, som of them talk English. And there's no reason not to choose this hotell if you want nice and quiet holiday.

Leider wurde nach dem Essen nicht gefragt. Hierfür vergebe ich 3 Sterne. Außerdem wurde das Abendbuffet schon ab 20.30 Uhr abgebaut obwohl es bis 21 Uhr Abendessen gibt.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Strand inklusive Strandbar des Hotels boten eine tolle Atmosphäre und guten Service. Täglich wechselndes Buffet mit großer regionaler Auswahl waren auf alle Bedürfnisse (auch für Vegetarier) ausgerichtet, was uns sehr positiv imponierte. Der Hotelservice war auch sehr gastfreundlich und für alle Anliegen wurde kundenorientiert eine Lösung gefunden. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft gewesen und werden diese bei einem erneuten Türkei-Urlaub mit in die Auswahl nehmen!

Otel 4 yildizli ve görünümü gayet standard bir otel. Labranda yi tercih etmemin sebebi gercekten senelerdir olan bircok yorumu hijen yemek ve personel hakkinda cok positifdi ayni zamanda gereksiz ucuk fiyatlara dahil degildi. Her sene Labrandayi tercih eden bircok ailelerin veya arkadas gruplarin oldugu bana ayrica güven verdi. Gelgör ki gercekten beklemedigim kadar güzel bir tatil gecirdik. Ilk gün ufak bir olumsuzlukla karsilasmama ragmen kiii insan hali bu heryerde olabilir özgür bey (front office manager) aninda müdahale edip sorunumuzu cözdü ve son günümüze kadar ekibi ile birlikte ( ister alani olsun veya olmasin)rahat etmemiz icin hertürlü imkanlari sagladilar. Bircok Lüks otellerde Müdürlerin günlerdir ortada olmadigina sahit olan biri olarak bu duruma cok mutlu oldum. Yemekler harika, heryer cok temiz cesit cesit sunumlar ve mutfaklar var. Mümin bey ve ekibi hergün misafirleri güleryüz ile karsiliyor ve masa masa geziyor kontrol etmek amacli. Cok sasiracaksiniz ama mutfakda calisanlar, servis acanlar, temizlik yapanlar bile birer birer güler yüzleri ile selam verip calisiyorlar. Das Hotel an sich war ok, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen ungewöhnlich gut für ein All Inclusive-Hotel. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist voll auf Tourismus ausgelegt, alle Preise total überteuert und nur in Euro oder Dollar. Außerdem viel Leerstand und Baustellen.

Wir waren mit unserer 13-Monate alten Tochter im Labranda Excelsior in Manavgat und sind sehr zufrieden (1 Woche, All-Inclusive, gegen Ende April)! Die Hotelanlage ist von der Größe her verhältnismäßig klein, unser Zimmer im 4.OG (oberste Etage) war hingegen überraschend groß. Es handelt sich hier also nicht um ein typisches "Touristenschließfach". Das Hauptgebäude ist zum Teil aufgeständert, der Außenpool verläuft vom Außenbereich bis in den Innenhof. Unser Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon lag also über dem Pool mit Blick Richtung Meer (zu Fuß <15min entfernt). Es wurde täglich gewissenhaft gereinigt und war in gutem Zustand. Ein elektrisches Problem am 3en Tag wurde schnell vom Haustechniker behoben. Generell ist das gesamte Personal nett und kinderfreundlich! Im Restaurant stehen immer saubere Kinderstühle zur Verfügung und das Personal macht auch mal ein Späßchen mit den Kleinen. Auf das von Kindern zwangsläufig angerichtete Chaos am Tisch wird entspannt reagiert und der Krümelberg ggf. auch mehrfach aufgefegt - Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal! Zum Essen: Das Restaurant hat neben einer guten Auswahl an wechselnden Vor- Haupt- und Nachspeisen eine Nudelstation für Zubereitung nach Wunsch, eine Grillstation (Adana-Kebabs..) und eine Brotecke (Pide..). Eine Anmerkung aus Elternperspektive: Das Musik-Abendprogramm im Hof ist im Zimmer trotz geschlossenem Fenster noch recht laut (Kinder schlafen). Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder. Zu wenig Personal, sind eher mit aufräumen beschäftigt als sich eher um die Gäste zu kümmern. Speisen waren gut und abwechselnd. Zu wenige liegen am Pool oder am Strand der ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Strand sehr sauber und sandig, wenig Kieselsteine. Einige Getränke kostenpflichtig wie Eiskaffee usw. die normalerweise wo anders kostenlos ist. Personal am Stand gestresst und streiten vor den Gästen.
