Clean room, had half board but reception didn't recognise this and had to show booking, didn't give us breakfast voucher had to go back to reception. Room was nice and clean. a&o Manchester City Centre
Excellent location and value for money, but the soft furnishings are looking a bit shabby. Replacing the carpets throughout the building would be the obvious place to start. I’d stay at the hotel again.
