Nice, comfortable, large rooms...

Nice stay in recentlu build hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff willing to do anything for you. Amazing pool on rooftop and restaurant is great for affordable prices. Bed is great, also very nice pillows... We love to visit it again in the future.

Неожиданно прекрасный отдых в Мандалае!

В Мандалае останавливался второй раз, спустя 10 лет. Отель выбрал случайно. Основным критерием была его новизна. Был обрадован тем, что отель новый, чистый, с прекрасным завтраком (вкусным супом, сырами и пр.)! Мне было очень комфортно в нем во всех отношениях! Если мне вновь доведется приехать в Мандалай обязательно остановлюсь здесь! Всем рекомендую, убежден - не пожалеете!

Great hospitality. During my recent stay, there was a misunderstanding on the room type. The front desk people were quick to apologize and fix the issue. They even gave me a bottle of wine and fruits. I am impressed with their determination to ensure customers have a great experience at the hotel. Kudos to the management and front desk reception staff for making my stay wonderful as usua.

The room looks modern. But it is too dark. Food should be less oily. I took one boil egg at BF. I found a spot on egg and smell the rotten.

This property is clean and modern. Staff are very good. Breakfast is o.k. Location is poor unless you have a car. Room is spacious but designed more for aesthetics than function. The lighting gives a great ambience but you can't see clearly. Very few English channels on t.v.the BBC and one other.

Lost Keycard and charged $US5. Room was tiny and mattress very ordinary. Ice-Bucket? Ring Room Services, no help, front desk no help thankfully the Magic Bar staff were most helpful and provided the Ice Bucket - required because the fridge in the room didn't work. Food and breakfast was excellent. Room for improvement, but also some points of excellence. Location is terrible. Nothing close and a suggestion - download the GRAB app so you can order taxis. Also take a face mask - pollution from exhaust is terrible in Mandalay and if asthmatic I would avoid.

Hôtel d'escale loin du centre

Hôtel agréable mais éloigné de tout ( taxi nécessaire ). Petite piscine sur le toit sympa après une journée de visite mais seulement 4 bains de soleil. Petit déjeuner complet asiatique et continental très correct. Le wifi est bon. Petit bémol sur l'isolation phonique , notre chambre était au 6eme sous la terrasse d'où bruits de mise en place des tables et chaises matin tôt et soir tard. Malgré la hauteur de la chambre les chiens des alentours sont très bruyants la nuit. Très mauvaise réception voir absence de réception des chaînes non locales.

Great hotel

The hotel is great. Nearby there is a very good restaurant. The only thing they need to review is the price for drink at their rooftop bar. It's in USD and very expensive. Other than that, the hotel is recommended.

Отель приятно удивил. Моментальная регистрация. Услужливый персонал. Быстрое поселение в просторный удобный номер с большой ванной, в меру мягкими кроватями и тихо работающим кондиционером. Отличная звукоизоляция. Всё новое, почти блестит , не поношенное. Отличные завтраки, приличные ужины в ресторане. Можно обедать и ужинать на крыше с видами на город. Такси по вашему заказу приезжает точно в назначенное время. Можно заказать туры по городу и вокруг него. Правда цена даётся при этом не самая низкая. На улице можно найти пониже. Но такси в Мьянме вообще не так дорого. Нам поездка на 5 часов по городу обошлась в 25 долларов, вокруг города, по окрестностям целый день - 35. Из неудобств - не туристический район. Рядом мало кафе и магазинов. Из мелочей проживания - нет шторок в ванне, отсутствуют какие либо крючки для одежды в комнате, только плечики. Не открывается окно для проветривания. Но это не ухудшает мнения об отеле. Где ещё получишь столько комфорта за небольшие деньги!

Nous sommes en voyage sur une longue période et voulions un bel hôtel pour la période de Noël et nous poser un peu. Nous avons réussi, notre séjour a été très très agréable. L’ensemble du personnel est accueillant, toujours disponible et avenant. Un beau sapin décoré à la réception pour donner l’ambiance. Un dîner de Noël était proposé et nous l’avons réservé en signalant que nous rentrerions assez tard après la messe à la cathédrale de Mandalay. Nous sommes arrivés à 10h00pm et notre table était prête et avons pu déguster un délicieux repas de fête. Félicitations au chef et encore merci de nous avoir attendu L’après-midi du réveillon quelques chocolats ont été distribués dans les chambres avec les voeux de la direction, petite attention qui donne du cachet à cet hôtel. Les personnes à l’accueil très professionnelle et facilitante pour effectuer des réservations et informer sur la ville La chambre très spacieuse et calme, joliment décorée. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet très varié et bien présenté. La piscine en roof top est agréable, propre et calme et offre une vue su la ville. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et atmosphère ambiante naturellement chaleureuse

Good option in Mandalay

Stayed there for one night. Very new hotel with great breakfast, pool, restaurant and the possibility to smoke a shisha on the roof. Can be absolutely recommended. Only small issue as everywhere in Myanmar, the staff’s English is not really fluent. But I am sure they are improving every day! Still they are very friendly.

Great Value

A good base if you don’t intend to spend much time at the hotel. Clean comfortable rooms, although the bathroom floor seemed to have been overlooked. Small roof top plung pool and bar. Great complimentary breakfast, The breakfast in fact had better food and service than the same restaurant had at night. The restaurant in the evening was disappointing. It may be best to order the local dishes, my imported steak had clearly been put on the grill when if was still frozen as it was very cold in the middle and soon completely cold. The waitstaff and my daughter did not get along at all well, both at the start and before desert only l was given a menu, with my 17-year-old having to ask for her own. The apmosphere between them was frosty after that. You would think second time around the staff would have given us both menus, especially as it had been my daughter that decided that we did what dessert.

親切だが…

いつもマンダレーに行くと泊まっているホテルです。親切に対応してくれるので、気に入ってます。部屋の中の明かりがもう少し明るければ、良いなぁと感じてます。 また、早朝のチェックアウトで、前日からお願いしていましたが、15分もチェックアウトにかかってしまいました…。
